The argument the trials are evidence for

The registry says what each trial showed. The chapter tables say what else is in the same cell. Neither says what we were trying to find out. This page does: the landscape as a short hierarchy. Early or advanced disease, subtype, when in the course, and then the clinical question a group of trials was built to answer.

Every question is written in the same five moves: why the idea was worth testing, what was actually done, what came back, what the design cannot tell you, and the question the finding leaves open. A trial appears under every question it speaks to, which is the point. The drug class does not determine the question. Four trials of the same two drugs can be asking whether to add, to substitute, to select or to sequence.
